How to understand Post Bus schedule?

Hi!

I want to visit the Rosenlaui waterfall but after seeing the road on Google maps, I think it’s for the best if I use the Post Bus.

However I can’t figure out how it works. First bold name is Departure and 2nd bold name is arrival right ?

For example I can take the bus at 11:20 at Meiringen Bahnhof to Rosenlaui and then at 16:18 to go back to Meiringen correct ?
