In particular, he noted: “Artsakh Television resumes its activities, albeit with a small staff, but with an extremely important role, to do everything possible towards social ties between the people of Artsakh, preserving the Artsakh characteristics of the Armenian identity and the Artsakh dialect, to cover problems, concerns the people of Artsakh, and regularly voice your voice.”

Aliyev’s constitutional change demand isn’t that unjustified after all.
