    Armenia’s PM, Pashinyan, today at the Parliament session: “The exodus of Karabakh Armenians happened due to separatist leaders’ refusal to accept that Karabakh Armenians could only self-determine within Azerbaijan & that both, Armenian & Azerbaijani communities of Karabakh should be living & governing side-by-side. But this is what the world community was telling us. This is the negotiation starring point I acquired from 2018. But Karabakh Armenian leaders failed to accept the reality and negotiate with Azerbaijan directly.”

      I think Pashinyan’s today’s speech is kind of giving optimism, especially the part where he said Armenia shouldn’t be anyone’s farpost.
