    During this period occurred the largest migration wave since the 90’s. Low wages were a major reason for this but the government did very little to raise the average and minimum wages which increased very little during this time.


    Post 2020 when they wages did increase by a significant amount it was not enough because of the long period prior with very low wage growth and emigration increased again.

    Even this year knowing the cencus results the government did not increase the minimum wage.

    Albania needs an average net wage of around 900-1000 euros to have a large decrease in emigration and for more immigrants from Greece and Italy to return.

      pay increase and more vacations for public administration, more taxes and bureocracy for the citizens…

      Yes we had pay increase post 2020 and sufllaqe went from 1200 to 2400, some places even 3500 😂😂😂

      Me shume mundesi ata qe kane ikur keto vite kan pritur ndryshim nga qeveria e re e 2013 dhe pasi ai ndryshimi i shumepritur nuk erdhi, iku dhe shpresa dhe u larguan fare. A do behet ndonjeher Shqiperia?
