Armenia is ready to conclude a peace treaty with Azerbaijan “within the next month,” Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said during a press conference with Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis in Vilnius.
“It is also extremely important to finalize the peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan. We have sent very constructive proposals to the Azerbaijani side, we are ready to finalize and conclude an agreement within the next month, as proposed by the Armenian side,” Mirzoyan said.

Not possible. The parliament is dissolved now. It seems to me Az gov is trying to delay any conclusive actions until the US elections.
Feels like they have been saying this every other week for the last few months
