In my town there’s a fairly dangerous intersection (not the one pictured/ read further). It is a T type intersection (one road joining other one). The road that is joined (top of letter T) is bigger and looks like the "main" one. Now here is the trick though. This is equal roads intersection with the rule of right hand having right of way. The sign on the "main" road signaling that is pretty hidden and it leads to virtually anybody not familiar with this intersection forcing their right of way. This makes it super dangerous for people knowing it is equal roads intersection and trying to enter it (especially on bike for example).
I think what would help is just marking the road with the lines like on the attached picture.
And now the question: who should I send a suggestion to? Gemainde? Police? Some kantonal authority?
