Hi guys how is everyone?
I have heard multiple times that juvenile criminal law is treated „lighter“ than regular (adult) criminal law. That leaves me with a question: At what point will minors get an entry into the criminal record? From what I understood on https://www.zh.ch/de/sicherheit-justiz/jugendstrafrecht/beschuldigte.html#-41526476 html#-41526476 is that even if I get convicted of a crime/misdemeanor,
I wont get an entry into the criminal record, unless if I also get the following sanctions: Deprivation of liberty (Prison), Placement in a facility (juvenile rehab) or Outpatient treatment (regular therapy sessions).
The thing is is that Im not sure if I read/understood that correctly and im not sure if these statements also apply to Aargau.
Can someone please clarify?
