Yes, because of war of ressources. There will be war everywhere, my dude. We live on a finite planet and we keep on trying to grow in numbers and in all the stuff that we need (our stocks of energy and metals; yes, stocks).

Given all neighbouring countries and their insane growth in numbers (I know of Egypt), I don’t see how this could have a good ending by the end of this century.

Same goes everywhere else, once oil production is capped by various factors and as we slowly change into another world in which the USA cannot keep on protecting all their “assets”.

Hezbollah has been firing missiles into Israel more frequently, and burnt a large swath of land last week. Even if those aren’t already acts of war, they could certainly justify one.

But while most observers including us will call it a war if Israel retaliates with an escalation, the fact is we don’t decide if and when the IDF considers it a war.

Yes because Israel can’t be dealing with Hezbollox firing rockets at them everyday. I would hope Israel avoids an operation similar to Gaza though….and just carpet bombs the whole of Southern Lebanon. Far safer.
