Just so you know, blur is reversible.
Convolution with blur kernels can be reversed by Wiener deconvolution, so if what we see in the video is real blur, then it’s very likely that people can reconstruct the original image. Maybe some variant has been applied, which hides the relevant information behind the blur, but if you’re going to do this, draw fake faces on people, like solid beige, before blurring, and fake whatever in front of what you want to hide before blurring.
