The Ministry of Education refuses to answer the phone… although what is to be expected

I’m calling the diploma verification department to check the status and to tell them that I sent an email to the faculty at their suggestion… I keep calling because they’re ****ing, and no one answers, one number has been busy for 40 minutes, and the other one doesn’t answer after 50 minutes of constant calling…. State job…
