Saw this morning that my shipment got ejected by Swiss Post. Something new to me.
How exactly does the ejection process work and what tools do i need to be able to catch it at home?
Since it’s a heavy fragile item, I think I’d need something very soft and ideally a big trampoline? I really don’t like that service.

It’s usually a sign that either something went slightly wrong during sorting and the packet needs to be manually sorted or someone (usually the receiver) issued an order related to the package. For example if you change the date of delivery in the app it will get ejected or if you re-route it to a Poststelle or PickPost location.
Usually nothing to worry about but will add 1 day to the estimated delivery in most cases.
