Now Pashinyan, who almost gave himself a medal in July 2020, for work of existing fortifications, is bragging how he have increased safety by converting these fortifications into a highway for the enemy to come.

Isn’t this something that needs to be addressed in the agreement? I don’t think they would let something as important to be so vague. Otherwise, each side can name a highly armed unit “border guards” and deploy them on the border.
