    >Armenia-US bilateral, as well as international agenda issues were discussed.

    Cryptic and interesting timing.

Essentially, “Hey CIA, what do I do about these protests and this ‘new’ opposition? Can you help me somehow? Put pressure on the Azeri’s as we need to resolve this quickly before Trump is elected again.”

  3. Well considering that the US is being all mushy with Azerbaijan. This is probably a way to deflate us, into not taking any non-Western Actions.

I honestly cannot understand recent developments and our gov foreign policy.

It wants us to demarcate the border, knowing that it will cause internal strife if we are forced to do unilateral concessions (however small we gain won’t matter) in a situation where we are still outgunned and with a government that is afraid of an attack.

Basically taking the opportunity to put us into an American sphere, and I’d argue one not too dissimilar to the Afghani government that was left to dust.

They can’t make it more clear that they are not on our side. And its also clear that our government can’t take advantage of the situation
