An extraordinary Northern Lights is now visible in Italy, caused by two particularly intense solar flares in recent days.

In some regions of Italy the Northern Lights are visible at this time due to the largest geomagnetic storm since 2005 which will cause possible Northern Lights up to our latitudes.
