North Korea has completed preparations for a nuclear test at its Punggye-ri nuclear test site, South Korean lawmakers said Wednesday after being briefed by the country’s Defense Ministry.
Pyongyang may also launch an intercontinental ballistic missile in November, the lawmakers said, citing the ministry’s intelligence.
