Industrial Shields Presents Industrial Automation Solutions at 2024 Andorra Fair
Oct. 24, 2024 – Industrial Shields, a leading company in industrial automation solutions based on open source hardware such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi,and ESP32, is taking part in the 45th edition of the Andorra Fair 2024, which takes place from Oct. 25-27 at the city centre in Andorra la Vella.
From stand 41, Industrial Shields will take this opportunity to showcase the latest innovations in automation, monitoring and industrial control: PLCs and panel PCs based on Arduino, Raspberry Pi and ESP32, recognised for their flexibility, efficiency and sustainability. These products, designed to offer affordable and effective technological solutions, are ideal for companies looking to automate industrial processes without compromising on quality and adaptability.
At the 2024 Andorra Fair, Industrial Shields will also present SI-WINE, an innovative solution for monitoring and controlling the wine fermentation process. Developed together with the Andorran company SIRA, this technology guarantees the quality of the wine through real-time temperature sensors and automatically manages the cooling to maintain optimal conditions. Industrial Shields brings to this solution its open source hardware, including PLCs and Panel PCs, the key to precise control and efficiency of the system. With this equipment, SI-WINE offers a modular, scalable and cost-effective solution that optimises the production process in an efficient and affordable way.
The Andorra la Vella Fair is a multisectoral event with free access, bringing together over 130 exhibitors, mostly from Andorra. This fair, considered one of the most relevant in the Pyrenean region, attracts more than 70,000 visitors annually, including traders, industrialists, service and catering establishments, as well as tourists and residents from nearby towns. The presence of international visitors, especially from France and other countries, is a key highlight of this event, consolidating its influence beyond the borders of the Principality.
The fair will be open to the public on Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., spread across nearly 12,000 m² in the center of Andorra la Vella.
