Some developers are using the tactics of “white supremacists from the 1950s” to uncover and intimidate people involved in environmental and community groups taking legal chall­enges against housing developments, an environmental solicitor has said.

Fred Logue, whose firm, FP Logue, is seen as one of the go-to solicitors for those bringing judicial review cases over planning permissions, was speaking at a conference last week on plans to bring in anti-Slapp laws in Ireland.
