Some developers are using the tactics of “white supremacists from the 1950s” to uncover and intimidate people involved in environmental and community groups taking legal challenges against housing developments, an environmental solicitor has said.
Fred Logue, whose firm, FP Logue, is seen as one of the go-to solicitors for those bringing judicial review cases over planning permissions, was speaking at a conference last week on plans to bring in anti-Slapp laws in Ireland.
