Kosovo U21 has started preparations for the first qualifying match for the 2023 European Championship, which it will play on June 8 against Andorra, at the “Fadil Vokrri” stadium in the capital.

Selector Michael Nees together with his assistants, Bekim Isufi, Alan Clark and Naser Prapashtica have started work with the young Dardans, on Tuesday, at the FFK National Educational Camp in Hajvali.

In the first training there were 21 of the 31 footballers who are included in the extended list of selector Nees.

The rest of the footballers will join the team in the coming days after completing their obligations with their clubs, until then the list of footballers will be reduced to 24, who will continue their intensive preparations for the duel with Andorra.

Some of the footballers are part of Kosovo U21 for the first time, so this gathering will enable them to acclimatize with the group and get to know each other better.

Kosovo U21 will hold its next training tomorrow at 11:00, at the “Rexhep Rexhepi” stadium in Drenas.
