A new poll shows that the approval rating for President Yoon Suk Yeol has sunken to its lowest point since he took office in May 2022.
According to the survey of two-thousand-510 adults nationwide, conducted by Realmeter last Monday to Friday, 24-point-one percent of respondents approved of the way Yoon handled state affairs, down one-point-seven percentage points from a week earlier.
The negative assessment of Yoon rose by one percentage point to a record high of 72-point-three percent, replacing the previous record of 71-point-three percent set a week ago.
The survey, commissioned by the Economy Business Newspaper, had a confidence level of 95 percent with a margin of error of plus or minus two percentage points.
