Apparently, in our beautiful Austria it is absolutely okay to fix a work colleague against her will to an operating table and to paint an anus or vagina on the back of her pants, to party completely and to do it all via photos and wsl video to hold on. After all, all 4 defendants (between 31 and 50 years old) were acquitted. Since then, the victim has been unable to work and suffers from a depressive disorder.

Oida. Solche Kollegen braucht echt keiner. Aber wieder typisch österreichische Justiz. Consent lässt sich ja nicht widerrufen, daher ist der Fall erledigt.

Und dann gibt’s auch noch Zeugen, die das übers Fenster beobachten und trotzdem passiert nix.
