Croatian Post took 20 days to send the package

I sent 3 packages tracked to the USA and all of them were only received until yesterday. I went to the post office and they told me that they don’t know anything, so I should call customer support. I call customer support and they tell me to go to the post office👍🏼 I sent a couple of angry emails and miraculously they found all 3 packages and sent them after 20 days. Cool👍🏼
