Dear CITYRAIL [Shitty-Fail],
On this most glorious of evenings, where the lift is slow, and the lights aren't in my favour as I run to the train… why must you suddenly run early?!
I am here, on the platform, with 2 seconds to spare for my scheduled departure and what do I spy?!
Why a train, speeding out of the platform, right in front of my eyes!!
So here I am now… to raise a hue, and a cry… for the next train is late as well, I might as well die.
Righto, now that the flowery prose is done, what on God's green earth possesses you to run a train EARLY when it will sit at the very next stop (central) for an extra 30 seconds as a result?!
I've now had an additional 20% added to my train commute time because of this ridiculousness, and that's before the next service to my destination (15min later) is now delayed by an extra 5min.
Yes, it's happened before, so I really shouldn't be surprised, but today it's the straw that broke the camels back because it means cutting even more into already slim margins with family time in the evenings after the commute.
