This is where I would imagine there are actual conservatives who would like to see Trump gone, so they can reclaim an actual conservative party.

There are two on order. He signed off on them after gutting their budget.
They were actually originally slated to be delivered to a Russian airline, but it went bankrupt, so the Air Force bought them instead. In-air refueling and some other features were dropped due to the budget cuts. So, while they will be nice, expenses were spared.

I’m of the opinion that he’s just spacing out because he lacks the focus to listen to what’s being said, and just shoots off whatever idle thought is passing through his head at that moment because he knows he has to say SOMETHING.
