I just found this card in my house whilst cleaning and have no idea where it came from or how long it’s been here. I don’t recognise the language but I know we have Albanian neighbours so I’m wondering if it’s from them! If it is Albanian is anyone able to translate? Google’s not helping!

It is in Albanian but looks like a foreigner wrote it based on the name Frank and Sara.

It says: ”Thank you for being such good neighbours to us. We’ll be going to our new house soon, it was a pleasure meeting you.” And it also says: (”Sorry for smoking so much weed”) 
Thank you for your replies, I’ve realised my boyfriend has written a card for our neighbours and not told me so I’ve found the blank envelope and opened it 🤣
