My middle school teacher and long-time mentor’s son dated Geraldo Rivera’s daughter for a time in 2021/2022, they went to high school together. My teacher went over to Rivera’s house a number of times and they talked politics (my teacher is hard left but very understanding of those with differing views). I asked what he said about Trump and Rivera told him that Trump “broke his heart” during his time as president.
Many Republicans believed Trump’s grift. Now they are starting to see the light. We are not going back.
