Eh, I still think that Lithuania’s speed rules are more difficult than Poland’s. We have an entire section dedicated to new drivers (green leaves) with less than 2 years of experience and they have a different set of different rules as well.

Honestly most speed limits are pretty similar through out the EU. Most countries have different speeds for motorways and highways. And different speeds for roads with a barrier between directions and without.

The upside is that they’re announced everywhere, there are signs after each merge.
The donwside is that they can change anywhere too: this stretch is 100km/h always; this stretch is 100km/h by day, but there’s no maximum by night posted, so it defaults to 130km/h; this stretch is 100km/h by day but 120km/h by night, like those 10km/h are going to make a difference.
Except if you’re pulling a trailer, then it’s a 90km/h maximum, unless you’re over 3500kg, then it’s 80km/h. And if you’re a bus, a truck, or a heavy camper, then it’s 80km/h, unless you’re a T-100 bus, then you’re allowed to do 100km/h.

Cars, motorcycles and lorries with a loaded weight of less than or equal to 3500kg can do 50km/h in built up areas, 90 on single-lane roads in non-built up areas, 100 on dual-lane non-built up roads AND on one lane express roads, 120 on dual lane express roads, and 140 on motorways.
Cars towing trailers, buses (vehicles with >9 seats), lorries with a loaded weight of more than 3500kg or lorries hauling dangerous goods can do 50 in built up areas, 70 on single lane non built up roads, and 80 on all other roads.

In most countries the Speed limit laws are pretty comprehensive, not necessarily complicated. However I find that specifically Poland displays all the speed limits for all types of vehicles on this sign, whereas the rest of the countries seem to be displaying speed limits for passenger cars only.
I imagine the Polish sign is very useful for truck drivers, for example.
