Instead of calling out Trump’s obvious decline, I think Harris (or maybe Walz) should start complementing his staff on their ability to hide his decreasing mental capacity. Of course, they’re going to respond they’re not doing anything, but it would create another news cycle about Trump’s diminished faculties and draw more attention to his lack of unscripted interaction.
