A man of Cameroonian nationality has been arrested on suspicion of non-consensual lewd acts. The 44-year-old self-proclaimed company employee from Hanamigawa Ward, Chiba City, was apprehended by the Yachiyo police on the 7th.
He is accused of licking the mouth area of a woman in her 40s, also from Chiba Prefecture, around 11:40 PM on the 6th inside a convenience store in Yachiyo City.
