Stasys Trakys lived in Skudziu village, Plikiu district, Klaipeda County. He worked as a manager at the electric plant in Klaipeda. He was arrested on April 10, 1947, and served in Karaganda until June 26, 1955. He then spent time in exile in Karaganda County until June 10, 1956. During his exile, he started a family and raised a daughter and a son, who was disabled. His daughter currently lives in Panevezys. We express our condolences to the family of the deceased.
