While I have sympathy for the elderly using online services, surely pigeon fanciers are one group where they can ask someone to help them? How else do they arrange races if they’re not in contact with the wider community?

The forms very simple to fill out, barely 3 pages to fill in. Probably the ‘hardest’ part would be getting the grid reference but even then that’s nothing strenuous.
