Get in contact with Wires. If it is just knocked out, it’ll fly off after it comes too. If it’s dead, they’ll tell you how to deal with it (usually involving newspaper and a garbage bin).

This is a Swallow, not a native species. Doubt WIRES will rescue an introduced species. Best to give him a quick burial.
