Doesn’t prove anything, They just need to find a buyer and post it, the company likely got insurance money, The poor buyer is 15K+ out of pocket !
“Supt Andrew Huddleston of the National Rural Crime Unit said the theft demonstrated that **international organised crime was targeting the UK farming and construction industries**. He said: “This is one of many international machinery seizures made over the last 18 months.””

> A digger stolen from a development site in Dorset has been found five months later and 1,200 miles away in a rural town in south-eastern Poland.
> Dorset police received a report on 1 April that a Hitachi digger and a JCB digger had been stolen in the small town of Ferndown, near Bournemouth.
Astounding. Even with brexit, such a big thing could still be snuggled abroad…

This is actually quite common! Organised Crime Groups nick plant vehicles all the time and they are out the country in about 24 hours in a container. It’s pretty easy to do because there is absolutely no capacity check all outbound cargo as everything is focused on the inbound stuff and only a fraction of that is checked. The paperwork is pretty easy to mock up and it can be hidden very easily amongst other things because it’s unlikely to be checked at either end
