I am the peak of the bell curve for ADHD, and i can’t imagine sleeping more than 5 hours a night. I need to drag my living corpse to bed at stupid-o-clock to actually be able to sleep, but i can wake up 5 hours later, at the crack of dawn, and have the best day you’ve ever had…everyday, for years and years.

Is this another population map? Also some clearly bad state lines that seem to show huge differences not in quality of sleep but quality of data.

I expected to see some clear time zone lines here. I’ve heard that people in the eastern time zone stay up later due to watching TV

The tweakers in Nevada aren’t sleeping enough.
What’s going on in Kentucky?
And along the last bit of the Mississippi?
do you have a map for meth production?
Sleepless in Las Vegas…… that’s me!
Minnesota gang
We Vermonters like to sleep, apparently
Northern Virginia feels accurate
We gotta work on those two Minnesota counties.
Damn bro real Im in Vegas as got 3 hours of sleep today.
Can confirm, Southerner from Kentucky. Got 6 hours of sleep last night.
I’m lucky when I get 6 hours. 4 to 5 is more typical.
I would have thought affording the San Francisco Bay Area would require sleep deprivation. I see NYC does though.
4 hours at most while working 12
the influence of those damned layabout Nordics
Olympia/Tacoma, what’s up?! Y’all apparently.
NYC makes sense given it’s the city that never sleeps 😉
