Since I have to travel to Istanbul for research, and my stay is from November 3rd to 7th, I would like to ask if anyone has ever rented an AirBnb there? Because the hospital is located in a very bad neighborhood (Bahçelievler) and I decided not to deal with the bad hotels, but to rent a whole apartment for me and my companion. All correct, however…I see the same property advertised 2-3-4 times, with completely different prices. I wrote with one "host" and something doubts / worries me, that it is not some kind of scam. He has sent me these two for now apartment #1 and apartment #2as the second one was literally in the alley opposite the hospital, but I can’t rent it, because the platform tells me that it is rented for a minimum of 100 nights (?!). Apparently they don’t speak English, or they deliberately don’t answer me some questions like "Are there other people in the apartment?" and "Can you send me a link through the platform to rent it"and I have to remind them and brag. The profile of "the host" who offers them is
as I can’t figure out if it’s legit or a scam? I really need an apartment nearby because my condition is not very good. Can anyone advise if this is some kind of scam? Also, I dug into the [букинг.бг](http://buking.bg), but there are so many hotels there, and I don’t want to deal with them (I never liked them, because years ago I worked in 4 different ones, and I was totally disgusted).
