Three happy hormones are responsible for the well-being of the body: dopamine, serotonin and endorphin. Dopamine is a motivational molecule that helps us make plans and achieve results. Conscious nutrition (animal foods, almonds, apples, avocado, dark chocolate, oat foods, kefir, etc.), sports and meditation help to increase its level. Serotonin ensures a good mood, protects against loss of energy and depression. To produce serotonin, follow a healthy lifestyle, sleep enough, be in nature as much as possible and do sports. Endorphin is also called a natural pain reliever that the body starts producing when you feel discomfort and stress. The level of endorphins increases when you engage in a satisfying activity, e.g. eating, exercising or having sex 🙂
