This is just as interesting as all of the other ones! Don’t sell yourself short. Brazilian Portuguese is a beautiful language.

  3. Some of the names make me remember people mistaking portugese for russian, like Suecia, Italia and Grecia

  4. Althought correct, i hardly see anyone using Países Baixos and Tchéquia on daily basis, people still use Holanda and República Tcheca

  5. A much needed distinction and clarification, given the differences between Portuguese Portuguese and Brasilian Portuguese.

  6. Just a small correction, Jordan (the country) is Jordânia not Jordão, Jordão is the translation of the river Jordan.

  7. Out of curiosity, what makes Kosovo being written with K, when many other names on map use C for same sound? For few seconds I even thought Brazillian Portuguese simply doesn’t have K in alphabet.

  8. Remember boys, we add a random A after all country name except the fatherland. Portugala? Portugalia? Nah.

  9. I was waiting someone doing this map in Portuguese. In a few days we will see the same map on almost every imaginable languageÂ
