Hello,
I live on the first floor of a building and someone above me keeps throwing their cigarettes and matches on my balcony. I have a toddler and chihuahua who like to play out there and I’m cleaning up MULTIPLE times a day. They even throw their carton of cigarettes on my balcony as well. Is there anything I can do?
I’m exhausted after working and having to pick this trash up multiple times a day when I don’t smoke is infuriating.
This picture is one of the many places I have found cigarettes. There were used ones there as well. My toddlers toy….like how disgusting is that?!

If no, file a report police about this situation
Similiar to my grandma got tired of this someone keeps throwing cigarettes from upstairs. she complain many times but doesnt help they yelled at my grandma and throwing blocks at windows. Got destroyed.., they endlessly keep throwing even can of beers as well. my uncle did filling a report about this
It got solved, they kicked her out from apartment due no payment bills for apartment. Their is messy disquisting and smelly. The woman who throwing stuff is high and drunk (she is 70 yo).
