The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry published a list of imitation and adulterated products as of October 2. The name of a famous restaurant chain was not included in this list by court decision.
Journalist Fatih Altaylı also wrote about the issue on his personal website: “The fact that the company, which produces tens of tons of meatballs and doner kebabs a day, was on the adulteration list and a report was prepared stating that there was pork in its products, but concealed its name with a court order, which no other company could manage, attracted a lot of public attention. It is quite natural that the company, which is one of the most widespread food chains in Turkey with nearly 200 branches, wants to hide its name. Because if this came to light, it could have graver consequences than someone wanting to collapse the company.”
It was claimed that the restaurant whose name was not published was Köfteci Yusuf.
Lawyer Ali Uslu stated in his statement that he had no knowledge of the issue, could not make a statement and could not respond to the allegations.

Neden bu kadar abartıyorsunuz ki domuz da et. En azından sıçan mıçan değil
köfteleri çok lezzetli domuz eti olması umrumda değil. ama helal sertifikası kalksın, öbür türlü aldatıcılık olur.
Köfteci Yusuf ilk zamanlarında fiyat uygunluğu ile ünlendi. Dar gelirlilerin gidebileceği güzel bir yerdi. Şimdi hem tadı bozuldu hem içeriğine pis katkılar koymaya başlamışlardı. Bide bu eksikti.

Köfteci Yusuf en az yılda bir hileli gıdalar listesine giriyor, et olmayan ürünlerde sağlığa veya dini inançlara ters olmayan malzemeler ürünlere karıştırıldığı için(ör.: zeytinyağına başka bir yağ katılması) çok gündem olmuyordu. Şimdi güzide ülkemizin hileli gıdalarda tek önceliği olan domuz etine karıştıkları için gündem olmuşlar.
Domuzsa yine iyi, yarın öbür gün kedi köpek eti bulurlarsa şaşırmayın.
Köfteci yusuf olduğu iddia edilmiş durumda arkadaşlar, kimse bunlardır demiyor, hatta köfteci olduğu da söylenmiyor.. Zaten bu kadar büyük 3 firma var benim bildiğim, usta dönerci, pidem, köfteci yusuf.. bunlardan biri de, niye kise çıtlatmıyor halen anlayamadım, çare sarıgül amk..
domuz eti daha mı ucuz ki
Türkiye gibi memlekette de domuz bulup, kesmekte marifet. At eti dersin anlarım, eşek dersin anlarım da domuz… Yani bulmak için ekstra çaba göstermen lazım. Acayip memleket.
Protein olduğu ve temiz olduğu sürece sıkıntı yok.
