_notaredditor on October 8, 2024 8:49 am Joseon era 상평통보 Sangpyeong Tongbo coin. Produced 1633-1867. EDIT: I am not an expert and can not tell if it is an original or reproduction.
Gtifast on October 8, 2024 9:03 am Probably reproduction you can get at a Souvenir shop. The character markings are too perfect as if mass produced in a factory. EDIT- Very unrelated but if you have an old discarded toothbrush sitting around, you can clean it with a toothpaste ( Not the salt one).
Dreamchaser_seven on October 8, 2024 9:07 am It looks overly clean and in good condition, I’d guess it’s a replica.
Illustrious-Hand-450 on October 8, 2024 9:23 am Is that one of those squared circles I keep hearing about?
EbbEnvironmental5646 on October 8, 2024 9:25 am Oh It’s a 常平通寶! (*Sangpyeongtongbo) It’s a coin of the Joseon Dynasty 😀
