Recipe

Butter: 80g onion Garlic clove 10g parsley 15g basil 60g butter A teaspoon of salt

We mix and combine everything

Dough: 600g of flour 300g of lukewarm water 40g of fresh yeast 1/2 teaspoon of sugar 2 teaspoons of salt 50g of oil

Knead the dough and leave to rise for an hour

Roll out, spread with butter, fold into an accordion shape and place standing up in a buttered cake tin.

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees
