These tiny fast biters have invaded our garden the past 2 months and they don’t seem to go away. They are fast, numerous and bite non stop.
Any idea how to get rid of them? We can’t open our windows anymore or sit outside.

That’s a Boeing CH-47 Chinook if I’m not mistaken.
Looks like a mosquito
Mozzies. Good luck. They’re only not here in the hottest month and the coldest month. I think I was bitten 365 days last year.
Ensign wasp?
It seems like some kind of gnat. From the legs I suspect it’s a fungus gnat. The good news is that they are harmless, but they can get extremely annoying.
They appear a lot in high humidity, and they typically feed on fungi (e.g. mold) and rotten plants. I suggest you inspect your plants for any signs of rotting, especially pot plants.
Ask on biodiversity of cyprus on facebook
