Before the fall of Constantinople most of south Albania was reconquered by the Ottomans in Berat battle, Vlora was autonomous and Dukagjin and Zeta was under the league of Lezha in the north not part of Serbia. Durres and Shkodër with it’s surroundings were part of Venetian Republic so looks more like a fake made up map.
