And they’re not inoculating (or even attempting to) the American public. it’s not being effectively combatted or blocked. This is one of the biggest failures of government to protect American elections and democracy.

The reality is, that a good portion of especially conservative people don’t care, since the propaganda they consume aligns with their worldview. They do want to believe that their hardship comes from migrants or the elites or the deep state. They don’t care for the real objective reason for their hardships (if they have any).
What they do care about is their own and their tribes perception.
But still, no matter what, there has to be a crackdown on misinformation.
