Hello, guys. Before you say it, I did try to use an app with a photo/camera translation, unfortunately it's giving me gibberish.

So, I was looking for a numbing cream with a high percentage of lidocaine (over the counter is only 5% and it's way not enough) and found this cream that has different percentages. There's like 15.9% I think, 20 something, 30 something and the highest number I could find was 49.9% but for the life of me I can't understand what that number means. At first I thought it must be a lidocaine level but 49.9% seems too much, it can cause a shock reaction. The max l've even since used in medicine is 30% lidocaine and to acquire it you need a medical license.

So I tried to figure out the ingredients and what is the level of lidocaine in this 49.9% cream.

Can somebody help me out please?
What do all these words say, it seems like a lot of writing?
