I have never seen a map of Senators with such a clear bias and agenda. And factually speaking, it is wrong. Senators represent the entire state.

All democrats voted yes?? That is sus, likely the bill had a whole bunch of other provisions. Either way, the FEMA running out of funds due to allocating resources outside its scope is no reason for increase funding.
