Glitter doubts: saw these on sale, glitter falling off of course. I wonder how is it legal to sell these at all, considering the environmental protection efforts against micro plastics. What kind of authority in Finland should be regulating such things? I’m really concerned

where did you see those? for, umm… research purposes…
There are worse things with glitter – ever heard of a vajazzle?
If not for enviromental reasons, they should be banned by the bad fashion act of 2007.
Plastic glitter is banned in EU since 17.10.2023.
All glitter on sale should be recyclable ie biodegradable etc.
