It wasn’t just any contractor, it was IBM. Although, I do have some previous experience with bespoke IBM solutions built for a different purpose and I would describe them as clanky at best.
But either way, is there anything that our governments try to implement that doesn’t go to shit? Honest question and please someone enlighten me.
I would describe possibly YESY as one that seems to be working, although it is probably doing so at a high cost and it may get scaled back massively by a future government once the numbers stop making sense.
