    Important note is to add that the white patches in Galicia (Poles) and Donbass (Russians) were far more populated than their size would tell; as they are urban areas.

    It looked relevant for those times, but the fact that in the future the USSR transferred Crimea under the control of the Ukrainian SSR is just fucking stupid.

    Just like the infamous Hungarian “red map” this one also exaggerates Ukrainians by skillful usage of color.

    Let alone the fact that for example Poles inhabitated cities that could’ve greater population than the surrounding Ukrainian-majority countryside. It’s like USA election maps which show majority of the country in solid red and then somehow Democratic candidate still wins the popular vote.
