This assumes even if MSFT misses earnings or sees revenue drop, so long as productivity KPIs don’t drop, WFH will continue.
Still, this has the same vibe when employers say you’re on a performance review.

Looks like Microsoft will have lots of top tallent to steal from competitors. Smart move from a company focused on a large number of remote work tools and decentralization of the office.
