When the prosecution is forced to present their case in a brief and the defendant is angry about it, you don’t normally report about how he is fuming.

He and his team in 2016 worked diligently to create an October Surprise against Hillary Clinton with Rudy Giuliani bragging about the actions of James Comey before he reopened the email inquiry shortly before the election (and there was nothing to the made up email server story as proven over time). Fast forward to Jack Smith and the J6 report which has been painstakingly corroborated before its release and Trump is of course furious. Who wouldn’t be when they get exposed even though they used every means possible including the Supreme Court to try and avoid this outcome before the election.
